How to Buy Products from Our Store?
1. Browse Our Products
You can also filter products by category (e.g., Smart Home, Mobile Tech, Pet Tech).
2. Choose Your Item
Click on the product you like to open its detail page.
Review the description, specifications, and images.
Select options (like size, color, or model) if available.
3. Add to Cart
Click the “Add to Cart” button or Paypal
4. Review Your Cart
Click on the View Cart icon at the top of the page.
Review your selected items, adjust quantities, or remove products if needed.
When ready, click “ Checkout.”
5. Checkout
Fill in your shipping details (name, address, phone, and email).
Choose your payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
6. Place Your Order
Double-check your information and order summary.
Click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Some items like final sale or underwear are non-returnable.
How do I start a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at Support@trendingout.com. We’ll guide you through the simple steps and provide you with a return shipping address if needed.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item for a different size?
Absolutely! If the size you need is available, we’ll process an exchange once your original item is received.

What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, we accept secure payments through PayPal only. You can use your PayPal balance or pay with a debit or credit card through PayPal’s checkout — no PayPal account required.
Can I apply a promo code or gift card at checkout?
Yes! You can enter your promo code or gift card in the designated field during checkout before payment.

We currently ship to USA, Canada, UK, Europe Australia, Africa. If you don’t see your country at checkout, feel free to contact us!
How long does shipping take?
Our average delivery time is 7-20 business days, depending on your location.
USA & Canada: 7–15 business days
UK, Europe & Africa : 7–12 business days
Australia: 8–15 business days
